Refund policy
At Pure Taste, we take pride in delivering authentic, raw Yemeni honey of exceptional quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To keep all customers safe, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The jar must be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition; OR

If opened, the jar must be at least 90% full

The product returned must be the same honey you received

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Pure Taste reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will gladly offer:
✔ A replacement or
✔ A refund for the affected item
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Refund processing time: 3–7 business days (may vary by bank).
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Open jars with less than 90% remaining

Items purchased on sale or promotion

Gift boxes that include opened food items

Products returned after 7 days
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return arrives safely.
