Cancellation policy

Pure Taste offers flexible purchasing options to suit your needs, including one-time purchases and subscriptions. Please review the cancellation terms below.

1. Subscription Orders

Enjoy automatic deliveries while staying in control.
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time.

Cancellation Window

To avoid being charged for your upcoming shipment, please cancel or modify your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

How to Cancel or Modify

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account:
• Cancel subscription
• Pause your deliveries
• Change delivery frequency
• Update your shipping or payment information

After a Subscription Order Has Processed

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but future cycles can still be updated or cancelled.

2. One-Time Purchases

Cancellation Window

One-time orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

After the 2-Hour Window

Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may still request a return following our Refund Policy guidelines (jar must be at least 90% full).

3. Failed Payments (Subscriptions)

If a subscription payment fails, we will:

  1. Retry the payment automatically

  2. Email you to update your payment details

If the payment is not updated after several attempts, the subscription may be paused until resolved.
